These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Apni Cars website, content, tools and related services. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law to submit a commercial enquiry or create an account.

Apni Cars provides automotive discovery, research, editorial content, specifications, images, comparisons, calculators and ways to express interest in third-party products or services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Apni Cars is not a vehicle manufacturer, authorised dealer, lender, insurer, broker or seller. A request submitted through the platform is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking, credit approval, insurance contract or vehicle purchase.

We work to present useful and current information, but prices, taxes, offers, specifications, variants, colours, waiting periods, range, mileage and availability can change without notice and may differ by city or dealer.

Always verify the exact model year, variant, final on-road price, eligibility, warranty and delivery terms with the relevant authorised provider before paying or signing any document.

• Provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials confidential.
• Use another person’s information only when you are authorised to do so.
• Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful or automated enquiries.
• You remain responsible for activity carried out through your account or device.
• Notify us promptly if you reasonably suspect unauthorised account use.

You may use Apni Cars for personal, lawful automotive research. You must not scrape at scale, bypass access controls, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, misuse contact details, reproduce substantial databases or use the platform to violate another person’s rights.

We may restrict access to protect users, platform integrity or legal compliance where misuse is reasonably suspected.

If you ask to be contacted, relevant details may be passed to a dealer or service provider. Any quotation, test drive, finance, insurance, exchange, booking, payment, delivery or after-sales arrangement is directly between you and that provider.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms. Apni Cars does not control their decisions, conduct, inventory or service quality and is not a party to their contract with you.

The Apni Cars name, interface, original editorial work, databases, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names, vehicle marks and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and share ordinary page links for personal use. Republishing, selling, systematically extracting or creating a competing database from substantial platform content requires prior written permission.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every item of third-party data will always be complete, current or error-free.

Apni Cars is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on unverified third-party information, a partner’s act or omission, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

We may update the platform and these terms as services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the update date on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights available under applicable consumer law, courts with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.
